Coined the term "Pre-owned" to replace "second-hand" when dealing with used watches

2004 - Started in-house watch service for watches we sell - acquired specific tools and equipment used by brands
2006 - Established WATCH KLINIK, our first watch service shop at Clark Quay
2008 - Moved to Golden Landmark Shopping Centre due to business requirement, then major trading centre for used watches
Started research into scientific methods of authentication based on knowledge derived from industry veterans
Appointed BERGEON Swiss made watch tools distributor
Appointed ELMA-Ultrasonic Germany, German made watch industry equipment and instrument distributor
Appointed LAMPERT PUK Germany, German made watch and jewelry precision micro-welding machine distributor
2009 - Official partnership with MGI Luxury (MOVADO Group International) for after-sales service of their brands of Luxury and Fashion watches
WATCH KLINIK converted to WATCH KLINIK Pte Ltd
Appointed WITSCHI distributor - Manufacturer of Swiss made precision timing and testing instruments for global watch industry
2010 - Moved to TANGLIN SHOPPING CENTRE at the request of brand owners to better serve our customers
Received training at HYSEK - Ultra complicated watch manufacturer in Switzerland. Award certificate to service and repair 2 models of their watches
Received ISO 9001: 2008 Certification - First after-sales service organisation to be accredited by TÜV SÜD PSB in the world
WATCH KLINIK name rebrand to LUXURY TIMEPIECES SERVICES to better reflect our growth and services we provide - continue to operate under WATCH KLINIK Pte Ltd
2011 - Invitation to visit Switzerland to better understand haute horology, received certificate of attendance for haute horology training

2014 - Upgraded and equipped every watchmaker and service bench with new Leica M80 research microscopes, Witschi Top-Range Q1, X1 and Proofmaster M watch testing and diagnosis instruments and all cleaning and ultrasonic machines to ELMA flagship models. Acquire LEICA M205 research microscope for authentication, failure analysis, fault analysis. Advances scientific method of authentication based on Swiss methodology of watchmaking.
