overseas customers
We prefer Bank Wire Transfer to our Business Account for all payment. Bank wire transfer must be made to our business bank account in Singapore only. Bank details will be furnished to buyers when making payment. We also accept credit card but buyer must furnish us with full details before we can proceed. Buyer must also be prepared to fax us a copy of their photocopied identity card and credit card for us to process the credit card payment. |
| Shipping
& Handling We ship worldwide. Buyer pays for all Shipping and Handling / Insurance costs. For payment received after noon during a business day or during weekends and holidays, item will be despatched out to our shipper for shipping the next business day. For Bank Wire Transfer to our Business Account, item will be despatched out to our shipper for shipping after payment is received and verified. Buyer can choose Shipping and handling via Fedex International Priority @ US$60.00 worldwide (2-3 days). Add US$20.00 for every additional item to be shipped together. Insurance is REQUIRED - US$20 (fixed) for first US$2000 value insured. US$10 (fixed) for each additional US$1000 block value insured. Standard insurance coverage is provided by a third party insurance company. Shipping and handling is provided by a third party professional logistic company. They get the job done and ensure that our customers receive their items in the shortest possible time and in the best possible condition without any hassle to the customer. We charge customers what the logistic company charges us and do not profit from shipping and handling. Shipping may be delayed due to customs, weather and other unforeseeable circumstances. |
